Our engagement with iamproperty began with optimising their underperforming CRM platform. We significantly enhanced performance by migrating client-side logic to server-side processing, yielding improvements in security and user experience.

We also delivered a custom media processing solution for resizing and encoding and implemented Azure AI Search (formerly Cognitive Search) to enhance the CRM's search capabilities. Additionally, we have co-authored a High Level Design (HLD) to roll out Single Sign On (SSO) across the platforms in iamproperty’s ecosystem and are currently taking them through our AI Innovation Pathway [hyperlink to content page].
